The Blackbrook Kitchen Showroom is open for business again!

We’re VERY pleased to say that the doors of the Kitchen Showroom are open again today.

Although we’ve been busy working virtually and at a distance, it’s lovely to be able to give customers the opportunity to see our display kitchens, browse worktop and colour samples and discuss ideas.

We are of course following all current guidelines for social distancing inside the kitchen shop.

Our meticulous cleaning schedule is even more rigorous than usual (with hand sanitiser available as you come in). We’ll keep a distance of 2 metres minimum at all times and if you want to wear a mask (or would rather we do) then that’s fine by us (we have these readily available for all). We’ll also keep as much ventilation as possible within the showroom and only allow 1 person (or 1 family unit) in at once.

To make things as safe and straight forward as possible, if you’d like to come to the kitchen shop, it would be best if you phone or email to make an appointment in advance, or perhaps just call ahead to let us know to expect you. That way we can make sure you have our full attention and you avoid any potential waiting around.

Lockdown certainly seems to have re-ignited an enthusiasm to get our homes in shape.

We’ve been spending a lot of time pondering about what might be the next project, tidying up, de-cluttering and dreaming about the improvements we can make to our own kitchen to make it an even nicer place to bake all that banana bread. Now that DIY and garden centres are open, we’re all rushing to buy supplies and our spare time is filled with browsing through home magazines and watching Gardener’s World for tips.

If you’ve found that lockdown has highlighted a need for a new kitchen layout, a brand new style for the kitchen or just a bit of a refresh, why not talk to us?

At Blackbrook Kitchens, we’re full of bright ideas about kitchen improvement. We can come up with the best kitchen designs plus simple and cost effective ways to refresh your cupboards, worktops, lighting and furnishing. A chat with us is relaxed and obligation free - and we can create a fantastic digital design for your new kitchen and your specific lifestyle.

As we’ve mentioned, the Blackbrook Kitchen Showroom is open again now (hurrah) so you can pop in for a no-pressure chat if you’d like to get the ball rolling. If you prefer to keep all contact virtual for now then we can arrange a Zoom or FaceTime call and can still work on a design together, discuss the kitchens in the showroom and have a look through the sample collections… we’ll just do it online. We can then come up with a quote and make a plan for starting your project (with distancing guidelines firmly in mind).

If you do come along and visit the showroom, as well as kitchen design ideas we’ll have our range of fabulous home accessories available to buy.

If you’re stressed out by home schooling or having a tough time at work, why not invest in a calming candle or two from our Seven Seventeen collection? If you’re baking obsessed and have worn out your oven gloves - you can buy a new pair in the Blackbrook Kitchens Showroom. If you’d like some ideas for feature pieces or you’d like help to find vintage or reclaimed kitchen details, we’ll get our thinking caps on and our contacts list out.

Over the weekend, we’ve been getting everything in order so we’re now fully prepared for plenty of visitors!. Get in touch if you’d like to make an appointment and we look forward to seeing you (from an acceptable and safe distance) in the kitchen showroom very soon.
